Dr. Paul Volosov

Local philanthropist, Dr. Paul Volosov, founded New Story Schools in 1997 to help children with serious and complex challenges live high-quality lives. Paul received his master’s degree in human development from the University of Maryland in 1972 and his Ph.D. in school psychology from Temple University in 1976. After being certified as a school psychologist and as a licensed psychologist, Paul founded several companies that support individuals with serious and complex challenges so that all can live satisfying and contributing lives.
